1. Participants must be Limpopo residents.
2. NB! Participants must ensure that they attend ONE of the auditions as scheduled on this form, as they will not be contacted prior to auditions. Upon arrival at auditions, participants are to gather at the stage area and wait for further instructions.
3. Obscene lyrics, indecent movements or attire will not be allowed and  may lead to immediate disqualification.
4. All participants will be required to stay until after auditions have been completed, when the names of participants selected to perform at the GALA EVENTS will be announced.
5. Interference from any third party will lead to disqualification and no third parties will be allowed backstage.
6. Winners must be available from time to time to attend functions and promotions of sponsors at no fee.
7. Participants and their parents / guardians consent to free usage by the organisers at their discretion of photographs, personal information supplied in the entry form, video / television footage or likeness of participants.
8. The organisers shall be entitled to at any time request original documentation to verify any information supplied on the entry form.
9. Participants and their parents / legal guardians indemnify the sponsors and organisers for any cost or damages that might result from activities or claims by third parties that might stem from participation in the project.
10. Participant and their parent / guardians undertake not to engage in any activity that may compromise the reputation of the campaign, organisers or sponsors. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant should his / her participation, in the exclusive discretion of the organisers, contravene this stipulation.
11. The decisions of the respective selection panels are final and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
